What a party!  Cruising for a Cure was held at the Deeley Motorcycle Exhibition on the evening of April 23, 2015! It was our family's second FSH  Muscular Dystrophy fundraising event.  Over 220 people joined in on the fun at Deeley Exhibition and Conference Center.  Check out the pictures under the Gallery tab.  Can you spot yourself?

We wish to thank each and every attendee, auction donor, cash donor, volunteer, sponsor and friend who helped make this amazing event happen.

Together, we raised over $120,000 for FSHD Canada Foundation.  Neil Camarta, founder of FSHD Canada Foundation, generously matched our first $100,000 with $100,000 of his own!

Then Neil’s company matched his $100,000 again.  So in total, from this event, $320,000 has been made available for further research.  WOW! Thank you!

FSHD researchers around the world have made  tremendous progress over the last several years, and we have never been more hopeful and optimistic that treatments and eventually a cure for FSH Muscular Dystrophy are within our grasp.

We wish to thank you all so very much for supporting us this year.  Living with this disease has many challenges; but when people come together for a common goal of accelerating the discovery of treatments and a cure, our hope for the future is much brighter.
